So how do we actually feel and spread the good vibes?

Energy & Frequencies.

I am no expert by any means, but I have come to some conclusions over the course of my own self study, and from listening to a very VERY knowledgeable sound healing friend of mine. The way to keep your stress to a minimum, feel at ease, and experience much more joy, "the good vibes," is to run on a higher frequency.

That is right. EVERYTHING, literally everything vibrates at a frequency. You can get stuck vibin' on a lower frequency where you are more prone to depression, anxiety, and addiction. OR you can vibe on a higher frequency. At a higher frequency you are basically "walkin' on sunshine" You will feel lighter physically, emotionally, and mentally. You will gain clarity and confidence. You will feel more happiness, love, and joy.

And the most amazing part is that anyone can raise their frequency! You have the power to do so. See below!


  1. Listen to healing music, 432 HZ

  2. Limit your alcohol. Better yet, ditch the alcohol. Drink LOTS of water

  3. Meditate

  4. Spend time in nature

  5. Make gratitude a daily practice. Journal 5 things each day you are grateful for

  6. Become aware. Become aware of your thoughts. Your thoughts become your reality. Make sure they are some good thoughts.

  7. Become aware of the company you keep. Every time you surround yourself with someone check in and notice how you feel afterwards. Do they make you smile, feel happy, excited, or joyful OR do they drain your energy ,make you exhausted and leave you feeling blah? If the latter, you might reconsider how much time you spend with this person/s.

Now go ahead and get started. Let's collectively raise the vibrations!
