Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation

Practice being present, moving mindfully, and taking attention to the breath. A regular Yoga practice is known to reduce stress & anxiety, increase awareness, create mind/body connection, aid in spiritual and/or personal growth,  assist in overall health, and more.  

Berkleigh offers private Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation sessions for all levels. Beginner's may benefit from her 4 week introduction to Yoga Course.  Private sessions can also be booked for family gatherings, birthday parties, and special events.

Weekly Group Yoga Classes:

Wednesday's 9-10 AM at Zenna Wellness 

Thursday's 5:30 PM at Windmill Creek Winery

Yoga & Mindfulness for Children

Kidding Around Yoga Instructor, Earth Based Educator, and certified in Restorative Yoga for Tweens/Teens. 

All children's & teen classes are created to keep children engaged and excited about a Yoga practice.

Group classes throughout the year are offered at the Healing Arts Center

Mini mindfulness sessions are offered and booked privately. Mini mindfulness sessions are 30-45 minutes and created with input from family and/or child to allow for specialization in specific areas such as; emotion recognition, stress reduction, self confidence, calming techniques, etc.

Happiness Coaching

Berkleigh is a Certified Happiness Coach serving women and young adults.  Offering a friendly & non-judgmental shoulder to lean one.  Working together in sessions you will begin to recognize and become aware of barriers that may be interfering with your ability to experience joy in one or more areas of your life.  Berkleigh holds space for your realizations & growth and offers support and guidance as you create realistic goals and/or make minor tweaks in you life to create more space for joy & happiness.

Sessions may center around the ideas of; desires, limiting beliefs, ego, time, patterns/conditioning, moods/emotions, and their relationship with feelings of joy
